Dear Technology Quest Attendees,

Saudi Aramco is very much looking forward to meeting you at the upcoming Technology Quest Downstream R&D Symposium being held in Paris on the 19th and 20th of November, 2012. Please find more information below regarding the format of the symposium.

You are cordially invited for a welcome breakfast buffet at 8h30. The conference will start at 9h in Bernard Corot meeting hall of the Hotel le Meridien Étoile. (see location tab for more information on the hotel’s location).

The first half of the morning of the first day will be dedicated to general presentations by Saudi Aramco. We will then break for one-on-one meetings for the rest of the event. The main meeting hall (salle Corot) has been reserved on November 19th for your use should you work while you wait for your private meetings. Wireless internet access will be provided at no extra cost.

The one-on-one meetings will take place in individual breakout rooms in the Espace des Philosophes. Our staff will guide you to this separate area of the conference venue. These meetings are directly between each delegate and Saudi Aramco to respect the sensitivity of the information and discussions. The meetings will take place over 1h30. You are asked to deliver a presentation on your proposal in the first half of the meeting. The second half of the meeting will consist of open discussions around the contents of your presentation and the proposed joint collaboration with Saudi Aramco. There will be equipment & wireless internet connections for you to deliver a presentation if you wish. Please bring your presentation on a USB device. We strongly advise you bring your own laptop for efficiency.

Lunch will also be served at no cost to yourself on both days of the event. Additionally, Saudi Aramco would like to invite you to a dinner on the evening of the first day. (please see agenda for more specific details regarding timing).
